One Month Management Fees for your Referral!

Onyx Management will compensate agents/brokers 100% of the first month's management fee*, one of the highest referral rates in the industry. These referral fees apply for single family homes, condos, and apartment buildings - our specialty. Your clients are safe with us - we are not third party sales brokers and our only focus is residential management.

Bonus For a Limited Time: Receive a minimum $500 fee (1-4 units) and a minimum $1,000 fee (5 units plus) for referrals received by December 31, 2024.

*Referral fees are only paid for new property management clients that sign a 12 month contract. Fees are paid to agent/broker after the first 30 days of the contract.
